The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system account(s) of the entitled shareholders of BFood and a notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders of BFood at the address as per the Record of Depositors of BFood prior to the date of listing and quotation of the Warrants.
The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within two (2) market days after the receipt of the quotation application for the Warrants by Bursa Securities.
