The Abridged Prospectus together with the notice of provisional allotment and rights subscription form pursuant to the Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants (collectively, the "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of Tatt Giap whose names appear in Tatt Giap's Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 3 December 2018 ("Entitled Shareholders") and who have a registered address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar, AGRITEUM Share Registration Services Sdn Bhd, with a registered address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on 3 December 2018.
