The Bonus Warrants will entail the issuance of up to 87,500,000 Warrants B on the basis of one (1) Warrant B for every four (4) Homeritz Shares held by the entitled shareholders.
The Company had, on 14 June 2019, executed the deed poll constituting the Warrants B to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Warrants.
The Warrants B will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") two (2) market days after the submission of the quotation application for the Warrants B to Bursa Securities.
The share registrar of Homeritz will issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Warrants B to the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the record of depositors of Homeritz on the entitlement date not later than four (4) market days after the date the Warrants B are listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
