(Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used herein shall be the same as the Circular dated 13 May 2025 in relation to the Proposals.) Reference is made to the announcement in relation to the notice of entitlement date for the Bonus Shares dated 28 May 2025 (reference number: ENT-28052025-00006). We wish to highlight that the listing date shall read as 24 June 2025 instead of 24 May 2025. Further, for avoidance of doubt, up to 1,566,553,232 Bonus Shares will be listed on the same day as the listing of the Warrants which is within two (2) market days after the submission of the application of the quotation for the Warrants to Bursa Securities. The notice of allotment for the Bonus Shares will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders within four (4) market days after the date of listing of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. This announcement is dated 29 May 2025. |
