The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 12 August 2024, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.
The share registrar of Engtex will issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares to all the entitled shareholders of Engtex no later than 4 market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
