| The underwriting agreement for the Rights Issue of ICULS has been entered into between WBGB and OSK Investment Bank Berhad on 9 August 2007. The RM110,366,667 nominal value of 5-year 7% ICULS will be issued together with 110,366,667 free detachable Warrants attached on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every RM1.00 nominal value of ICULS subscribed for. The ICULS will be issued at an issue price of RM1.00 per ICULS whilst the Warrants will be issued for free. The conversion price and exercise price for the ICULS and Warrants respectively is RM1.25. |
