The abridged prospectus together with the notice of provisional allotment and the rights subscription form for the Rights Issue with Warrants (collectively, the "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of the Company who have a registered address in Malaysia and whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company at the Entitlement Date ("Entitled Shareholders") at their registered address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar with an address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
Entitled Shareholders who do not have a registered address in Malaysia and wish to provide their Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers or Boardroom Share Registrars Sdn Bhd to effect the change of address by the Entitlement Date. The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated, distributed in any countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia.
