On 25 May 2021, the Board of Directors of SymLife ("Board") proposed an interim single-tier dividend of RM0.02 per ordinary share in SymLife ("SymLife Share(s)") for the financial year ended 31 March 2021 ("Interim Dividend"). The Board had also determined that the dividend reinvestment plan will apply to the Interim Dividend ("Third DRP"), in which the entire Interim Dividend can be elected to be reinvested into new SymLife Shares.
On 30 June 2021, on behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities Sdn. Bhd. had announced that the issue price of the new SymLife Shares to be issued pursuant to the Third DRP had been fixed at RM0.47 per new SymLife Share.
