On 31 July 2024, the Board of Directors of CIMB Group Holdings Berhad had proposed a single-tier first interim dividend of 20.00 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2024. Based on the issued and paid-up ordinary shares of 10,696,991,292 as at 30 June 2024, the proposed first interim dividend is amounting to approximately RM2,139 million. Upon the full exercise of vested Employees Share Option Scheme of up to 70,209,000 new ordinary shares under the Long-Term Incentive Plan, the proposed single-tier first interim dividend of 20.00 sen per ordinary share will amount up to approximately RM2,153 million. |
