The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 8 March 2024, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.
The Share Registrar of Perak Transit will issue and despatch the notices of allotment of the Bonus Shares to all entitled shareholders of Perak Transit not later than 4 market days after the date of the listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
