| The bonus issue entails the issuance of up to 138,600,000 new REDtone Shares on the basis of one (1) new REDtone Share for every two (2) existing REDtone Shares held as at the time and date stated above ("Entitlement Date") ("Bonus Issue"). The actual number of new REDtone Shares to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of REDtone as at the Entitlement Date. The listing of and quotation for the new REDtone Shares to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue shall take place on 28 November 2008, being the market day immediately following the Entitlement Date. Tenaga Koperat Sdn Bhd, the Registrar of REDtone, will issue and despatch the notice of allotment to all entitled shareholders by 3 December 2008. This announcement is dated 12 November 2008. |
