Spirit AeroSystems交易 多元资源工业须耗逾1亿美元

（吉隆坡4日讯）多元资源工业（DRBHCOM,1619,主板消费产品服务组）收购美国宇航制造商Spirit AeroSystems在大马业务的价格，从9520万美元提高至1亿1062万美元（4亿5464万8200令吉）。

多元资源工业发文告表示，收购价提高，是由于纳入1694万美元现金和减少152万美元债务。

多元资源工业是在今年8月宣布，Composites科技研究大马公司（CTRM）和Spirit AeroSystems Inc.以及Spirit AeroSystems国际控股达致有条件购股协议，以收购Spirit AeroSystems大马公司（Spirit MY）。
