陈氏兄弟透过场外交易 脱售MRDIY 7170万股

（吉隆坡14日讯）MRDIY（MRDIY,5296,主板消费产品服务组）创办人陈氏兄弟今日通过场外交易脱售7170万股，相当于0.76％。

根据文告，执行副主席陈有钦和执行副总裁陈有辉通过Bee Family有限公司脱售上述股权，但没有透露实际金额。

在完成脱售后，Bee Family直接持股仍达47亿3784万4150股，相当于50.109％股权，依然是最大股东。
