OCR集团联营3.13亿房产
（吉隆坡24日讯）OCR集团（OCR,7071,主板建筑组）计划联手发展雪兰莪万挠一项住宅项目，发展总值达3亿1300万令吉。
该公司在文告中说，独资子公司OCR邓普勒私人有限公司已与地主Lecca产业（马）私人有限公司签署联营协议。
上述项目占地18.37英亩，将建造118间半独立洋房、37间独立洋房与5间商店。
