义兴贵金属 将转战主板

（吉隆坡19日讯）义兴贵金属（YXPM,0250,创业板消费产品服务组）建议转至主板上市。

义兴贵金属发文告表示，公司的盈利、财务稳健度、公众股权分散，以及土著股权，都已经符合主板上市条例要求，因此将召开股东特别大会，寻求股东批准转板。

该公司预期在今年第三季完成转板。
