KUALA LUMPUR: Agmo Holdings Bhd, via its unit JomeInvoice Sdn Bhd, has appointed Proneer Global Sdn Bhd as the distributor for its JomeInvoice solution, aimed at Malaysian businesses with annual revenues exceeding RM100 million.

JomeInvoice, developed by Jom eInvoice Sdn Bhd, acts as a connector to the Inland Revenue Board's (IRB) MyInvois System, easing the challenges of e-Invoicing adoption for businesses.

Agmo said the partnership signifies its strategic expansion into the Tier 1 market segment. 

With around 4,000 Tier 1 companies in Malaysia, both Agmo and Proneer Global have a unique opportunity to serve high-revenue enterprises leveraging their extensive networks and expertise.

Agmo chief executive officer Tan Aik Keong said Proneer Global's extensive experience and well-established relationships within the Tier 1 market segment position it as the ideal partner to promote Jomeinvoice and drive growth in this key segment.

With the recent release of the MyInvois Sandbox by IRB for system integration testing, the timing is ideal to engage potential customers with a more refined product offering.
