PETALING JAYA: Box-Pak (M) Bhd has entered into a conditional in-principle land sublease agreement with Idico Corp – Joint Stock Co for the sublease of a 50,000 sq m plot of industrial land within the Long An Province, Vietnam, for RM34.29mil.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Box-Pak said the lease will be for a period of 45 years expiring on Aug 6, 2069. It said the deal will help increase its earnings.
