PETALING JAYA: The listing of the shares and warrants of Teladan Group Bhd will be transferred from the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia to the Main Market with effect from 9am on Jan 2, 2024.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the Melaka-based property developer said its stock short names and stock numbers will remain unchanged.

For the third quarter ended Sept 30, Teladan reported a lower net profit of RM7.61mil, compared with RM11.66mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue stood at RM68.56mil against RM75.88mil a year earlier.
