PETALING JAYA: Tri-Mode System (M) Bhd is proposing to acquire three parcels of leasehold land measuring 12.86 acres from Central Spectrum (M) Sdn Bhd within the Pulau lndah Industrial Park (PIIP), Klang, Selangor, for RM42mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said PIIP is strategically positioned near Port Klang, a maritime gateway of paramount importance in Malaysia’s trade and logistics ecosystem.
“With its proximity to this busy port, PIIP is uniquely poised to facilitate seamless import and export activities, presenting an ideal setting for logistics, manufacturing and distribution enterprises.
“The strategic location of the lands provides access to numerous well-established transportation networks, such as train, sea and flight, further solidifying its potential as a major logistics hub.
