被私有化 合发吉星9月5日停牌
（吉隆坡29日讯）合发吉星（Cycle & Carriage Bintang Bhd）将从下周一（9月5日）起停牌。
合发吉星报备说，根据主板上市条例第16.02(3)条，股票将于周一上午9时起暂停交易。
这是由于怡和合发（Jardine Cycle & Carriage Ltd）在8月25日献购截止时，成功取得合发吉星的9549万股或94.78%股权。
这是怡和合发第三度提出私有化合发吉星，献购价从之前的每股2.20令吉和2.40令吉，提高至2.70令吉。
合发吉星此前表示，在献购截止后的5个交易日将停牌，该集团将展开退市程序。
截稿时，该股起1仙或0.37%，报2.70令吉，约3万8000股成交。市值为2亿7201万令吉。
今年来上涨了25.58%。
