I hope SC will reject the proposal of selling off F&B business for 60mil. This deal is very unfair to minority share holders.

Unfortunately minor shareholders have no influence on management’s decision at all. The voting in AGM is just for show. Minor shareholders can only sell off the shares if they disagree with management’s decision.

这个业绩靠饮食线支撑，这个分线还不能卖。包装线生意因为整个大环境都很坏，特别是外汇影响。产业发展也还没有成绩。如果卖了，等于孤注在产业，抄scientex。但phase 1都卖气不好。估值就算掉到PE 6-7，盈利会因为没有饮食线加持 + 产业发展开销 + 弱美元，降低30-40%都可能。股价可能再砍一刀。难，卖了靠增加派息来维持股价。不卖的话，要用钱发展产业，没钱派利息。

一路的派息才 2-3 %。这次这样派，应该是打算卖掉子公司了的。目前那么多PE7-10 的制造业股，派息5%以上。 Tguan 想要4% 股息留住股东？等股价掉到有6% 的股息再说。
