如果是为了公司发展而进来board是可以接受的，不过背后里谁知道他们有什么agenda。如果他们的目标跟我们小股东一致，都是希望公司成长，派股息，那就没问题。但是如果他们是希望利用公司 “赚钱” 那就真的merry christmas了。。。
