Hyper dilution of shares begins, they just announced adding 44 millions new shares, and will kept adding until billions of shares......Last time before consolidation 10:1, from Year 2020 until year 2021, they add new shares like crazy until total share became 4540 millions units........2022 Conso 10:1 became 454 millions units.......2023, they add around 434 millions new shares, thus total became 888 millions units.......now 2025, they add 44 millions units......
Wow, nobody are willing to buy @ rm0.015. They have around 19 milIion++ units of shares to be sold (price blocking so the price will be kept under 2 sen) , guess those previous private placement shares will be sold @ RM 0.01.
As predicted, they will announced some sort of meaningless good news. This time they announced providing solar power energy to the government for RM 377 millions??? Wow, can this actually be true??? LOL
To All nexgram investors, don't be shock if this " Maha Sial Company" suddenly goes to half-cent, this is their plan all along: 1. They will adding a large amout of new shares. 2. Then announced really bad QR results. 3. When the NOSH becoming 4-5 billions they will conso 10 to 1.
If you want to sell @ 1.5 sen, this is the time, you can then invest in other companies. The 23 millions bid @ 1.5 sen are their doing (their operator). That's how they've made their side income from the past years (Since 2006).
