Question:
In the 2023 audit report, it was mentioned that there is a RM102 million trustee fund. If the company is delisted and the current market capitalization is only RM20 million, does it mean that by acquiring the entire company for RM20 million, I would effectively own control over the RM102 million trustee fund?
