London biscuit sold the 7 parcel of lands and products' IP to Mamee at 70million, year 2020. Mamee sold at a loss - RM28 million to SDS. Hopefully SDS has a good plan for the newly bought assets - e.g., expanding its wholesale chain to more popular convenient stores, such as 99smart and kkmart.

Mamee not a stupid company... They delisted B4... This kind of cake and rolls product... No people want eat.. Due to unhealthy and too sweet... Becareful SDS...they no focus on their strength now change to this one product... Their debt will increase soon becoz they need to give long credit term to customers like hypermarket, speed 99, ecoshop

I see. But mamee maybe divest it becuz it is not its core products. Worst still, it took over during covid time. Maybe SDS bought over nt only for the roll cake, maybe is for the production line that can be used for its current products. Anyway, need to see the profit first, maybe 2nd half 2026.
