In fact, this is to do with integrity of that respective person. How good the system are, still it will be a bug there. With the remedy by the banker, dont they secure your confidence level? Importantly if this problem happened again, I will agree with u about "Scandal" story.

Also, dont you feel that the work practice of MBSB now was change a lot after deployment of new profeasional team. Which include the official statement to explain the QR lately? Personally opinion, acknowledge the good initialtive from the team. To take it along or not will be subjected by your wise judgement.
