no. you will continue to own the share but you can't trade them. will still show in your CDs account, if they give dividend, you will receive it. I still own the NSTP shares as was forgotten to sell it when it delisted.

if you don't accept the offer it will render you into two situations 1) the offerers upon acquiring the requisite numbers of the said shares may decide to delist the comoany's shares then those who elected not to accept the offer will become share holders of the unlisted B Plant 2) if upon successfully obtained more than 91% ,of the company shares the co can apply to high court to compulsorily acquire the remaining shares from the minority share holders
