The strength of this counter is its vast land bank scattered across whole of peninsula Malaysia especially major cities. It has many township developments offering landed properties. The company is fairly well managed and attracts big funds like EPF, KWAP and other institution investors. So far, it has appreciated quite a bit and pays 2sen dividend. Personally, it's not bad a counter to invest in; anyway this is my own opinion, do your own research and make your own decision.
