I doubt PH got the guts to introduce the tax, their position is still wobbly as the administration is very new. They are floating the idea to see how much backlash and resistance towards the action would be. Maybe the tax will come in other forms like stamp duty on foreigners. Internet tax is also quite good, given that Malaysians are so tech savvy. Tommorow I better bring this up to my MP
