Proposed Share Buy-Back
The Board after having considered all aspects of the Proposed Share Buy-Back is of the opinion
that the Proposed Share Buy-Back is fair, reasonable and in the best interests of the Company
and accordingly recommended that the shareholders of ARB to vote in favour of the ordinary
resolution for the Proposed Share Buy-Back to be tabled at the forthcoming 24th AGM.
