@Mahendran first Sapura has to submit its regularisation plan in 2 months + . If the plan is approved which usually takes time too, they have to exercise the plan. If all goes well, i think earliest should be 3rd or 4th quarter next year out of PN17.

I will blame the CEO if revenue teruk. The thing is revenue ada. The problem is really the debt. So if the management can settle the debt by whatever way, hence the 8 march proposal approved, we are in the game.
