（吉隆坡18日讯）ARTRONIQ公司（ARTRONIQ,0038,创业板工业产品服务组）建议以“2送1”比例，派送至多1亿6414万8502张凭单。

ARTRONIQ公司发文告表示，凭单行使价已经定在65仙，相等于5天成交量加权平均价80.67仙的19.4%折价。

假设所有凭单都被行使，该公司可从中筹集1亿零670万令吉，主要用作营运资本，而公司股本将从3亿2829万7004股，扩大至4亿9244万5506股。
