I think Cita is a good investment at current price . Ride with YDPA and Genetec boss . It could be Genetec 2.0 or Dnex 2.0 , considering the assets acquisition that can build up the order book to nearly RM 2 billion , RM 1.8 billion of biddings , diversification into EV , RE and strong reputation in the industry

Price dropped recently bcos of -ve sentiments on new major shareholder and also lack depth in knowledge on corporate takeover exercise. Who would be crazy enough to take over a company with all its liabilities knowing his shares will shrink in value?

Usually, when there is a takeover, owner will attract his/her supporters to buy his/her stocks.. At the same time, there usually a revolt where previous owner supporters selloff their stocks.. Whats happening to Citaglb is still early to tell.. No owner wants their market cap shrink. New owner usually has new business plan for Citaglb. Otherwise, why would he buy Citaglb. Its a matter of getting the right price. People sell, he buys.
