in term of technical chart,ma20 crossed down ma200,following ma30 is going to touch down ma200 and ma60 almost crosses down ma100,considered a down trend

Interest rate raise, affected its cost, and might be will causes less ppl to buy property and raw materials cost also up affecting it profit margin. logically think. Now its share price dropped almost 30% from high, and interest rate up 0.25%. What you think?

Few panic sell then all follow dispose.. Despite the increase in interest rate, I believe there are many would still invest in property.
