The Company wishes to announce that the Company and Citaglobal have mutually agreed via a supplemental letter agreement dated 14 February 2022 to extend the Expiry Date for a period of 30 days from 15 February 2022 to 17 March 2022, with an automatic extension of an additional 30 days upon the expiry of such 30 days period to 16 April 2022 so as to provide the parties with additional time to negotiate, finalise and execute the Definitive Agreement (“Supplemental Letter.
