already have train to both airport and Grab and airasia ride to airport super cheap.. and Pestech need to finance over 300m and get pay after project run 4 years , and pay start 2025 to end of 2030 6 years .. and pestech only have around 450-550m cash flow , mean these few years need to private placement or attain more loan , if not pestech only can focus this 1 project and no profit for these 3 years , no any other cash flow for others big project .. anyway dont promote others counter here =
