no need kek sui, if you have 1000 will become 2000, just like 1 to 1 bonus issue, just 5% (1 out of 20) will come from reserve, it's added value to share price.... BUT if you can "make" it 10000 unit before entitlement date will be good.. lolz

would like to ask how about the dividend 7cents? use the balance units on hand as at ex date to calculate? and the share dividend + bonus issue will also add in?

example 1000 units, after share dividend + bonus issue the final total units become 2000 units. the dividend 7cents is calculate by 1000 units x 7cents?

?RCECAP 2022Q2 业绩出炉啦！

还记得上个季度写RCECAP季报摘要的时候股价只有RM2.75左右，现在不知不觉已经来到RM3.79的价位了。

这次集团也宣布了以20股配送1股库存股；同时也宣布以21股送19股的比例派发红股。集团预计该计划将在明年初完成。

*假设小明拥有1000股RCECAP的股票，那么在库存股与红股除权后，小明将拥有2000股RCECAP的股票，而股价同样会按比例调整。只能说集团是用心良苦不要让投资者出现odd lot卖不出的情况。

业绩方面，营收的下跌主要是因为FMCO导致商业活动受影响，其实同样的情况在去年第一季也发生过，不过后来都成功回到成长轨道。应收Impairment从去年同期的3.82m下降至0.74m部分抵消了营收的下跌。

展望未来，随着本地疫情的舒缓，更多销售活动已准备推出，并与数字化业务相辅相成。集团将持续在组合质量管理上保持谨慎。

此外，集团也宣布派发每股7仙(去年同期为6仙)的股息，除权日将在23/11/2021。
