But my previous company issued ESOS thrice during my tenure there. The 3rd was the best where the price sky-rocketted almost 7-fold within less than a year cf: issued price of the ESOS.

Esos is good to boost staff morale if used appropriately but this fintec group, keep buying companies n do SIS n ESOS n PP on the co they buy. Latest is DNONCE. No retailer should touch these co, check the directors throughly before buying
ESOS is not wrong, but need to depend on situation.
For example, company 1m share, then ESOS 0.5m is already many. But this company is, 1m share total & then ESOS 100m share, just think about this reasonable or not. Or this company is the top of Bursa?
