Don't call office no, they WFM... ask your broker to help you get the PIC. It will speed up the process.

already ask the broker they also dont know ..my broker call dnex company no body pickup the phone..so i ask in my group then get the contact and call them ..they just email the form and need to make it online ..no need go to bank to make banker cheques ..
