Auditor should go directly to SC. How can go to Serbadk? Serbadk don't have internal auditor ka? Before KPMG come to audit, where is internal auditor? This company have problem something undiscover yet but cannot trust the management
Normal practise for those suspicious client/supplier, they can ask their overseas KPMG member physically visit the customer place to ensure the existence and validity.
I believe normal audit process.. Auditor will disseminating the outstanding list to clients periodically. Its the matter the staff act on it or not.. KPMG did raise the concern to AC... May be no update from AC then go to SC to inform they unable to verify the items.. Probably were P&C... Cannot let auditor see.. Haha
I think something is hidden. I agreed (in term of proper procedure and reporting line)the audit issues firstly will highlighted to AC. High chance AC unable to resolve the issue. AC should be a person who outside the Organization and it’s independence. If they helped each other, it’s against and break the corporate governance.
