So horrible this co, buy and sell own shares, made so much money and yet still go for private placement of another 10% equivalent to 83,227,500 shares at an issued price yet to be determined

from businessman point of view, they are good. they minimize risk and hold cash.
use other ppl money to make profile for them.

but for investor, we want candy. we want dividend. we want profit.

I think the boss won't care us anymore. he have cash. he know this is once in a lifetime chance. grab more cash.

I also hope this just to wash away some ppl and rebound later
