If volume is big, and people converted warrants which were bought at very low prices (ex. 0.1 to 0.3), I would imagine it might cause the share price to temporarily go down.
But it shouldn't matter too much, since DNEX is a company with a lot of potential. People will definitely buy more if it goes down.
