0.5lot if not mistaken will be odd lot, lower price if wan to sell, compared to board lot.

if your interpretation 1 lot is 100units then 0.5 lots is 500units. hundred units still can sell under board lot. means you can sell all the same price you want. odd lots only under 100 units below.
