Why foreign semiconductor giant company come out with high bid to acquire Silterra. Why government don’t want to sell to foreign country? Reason because this is Malaysia only chip maker . Now already happening China is going for 5G and EV era. What they need is chip !! Dnex cooperation with China for silterra obviously for this reason .
