（吉隆坡4日讯）Solarvest Holdings Bhd计划向华为技术（马）私人有限公司及Sungrow Power Supply Co Ltd购买电力逆变器，预计将为其财年作出积极表现。

根据文告，Solarvest今日与华为及Sungrow签署谅解备忘录（MoU），以提供100兆瓦逆变器给Solarvest。

Solarvest说：“谅解备忘录自签署之日起生效，有效期为1年。”

“谅解备忘录不会显著影响公司截至2021年3月31日财年的净资产及收益，但一旦成功执行项目，预计将对未来财年作出积极贡献。”

签署谅解备忘录后，Solarvest计划与华为和Sungrow达成最终协议。

该公司发文告表示，上述红股除权日将在稍后决定。

同时，谊来寻求股东批准更名，以为公司创造新的企业身份。
