normally private placement price range has already been decided. in this case i think it would not exceed 3c. i believe if it exceeds that price, it would not be attractive for the investors to participate. once the PP settles, then the co would normally make relevant announcement etc pertaining to their business. so.. lets just wait. this is not a 1 month game. u have to give time to them.
