I hold bat for about one year, received few times dividend, then listened to many "experts" said no more future for bat, illegal rokok, no enforcement, electrical vape, economy down, blablabla.. then I sold it off all at 10.70...few weeks after it boost up again...

Cash wong, i agreed with u 90%. But if u count the dividend rate per quarter for now, topglove is 0.165/7 x100= 2.3% , compared to BAT 0.21/14.4x100=1.45%

I hold lots of TG, and also some BAT. We cannot compare TG and bat in term of DY, as TG all this while is not dividend counter, is capital gain counter. TG been doing bonus issue for few round, BAT don’t hv. However from the last QR of Tg, obviously TG holder will get good dividend return as bonus for a long period of time in current Covid scenario. In other words , BAT is Meant for dividend, Is a fact.
