let's see. vivocom didn't goreng before consolidate. This dgb goreng before, do u think the shark able to collect the tickets ? The intention of consolidation is to purge the ticket to make the share price drop so that the shark can collect and do the cheap RI.
Viovo Q result are solid, while Netx are bad but DGB are in between. I think its will depend after DGB Q3 result announce end of Nov, 27 Nov or 30 Nov. So why DGB select consolidation just before Q3 result? may be they alrady know the Q3 result are good and will boost price after consolidation on 23 Nov. That my agak2 analysis.
Q3 September result likely will be better as DGB could survive during Q1 March & Q2 June where during this time was MCO period, most business are suffer.
