For right issue, you all will get Kgroup-OR soon. If you all dont want to subscribe the right share then just sell the OR. If want to subscribe, for nominee acc, just inform your remisier to help you settle. For direct acc, you need to do everything your own, fill the form, get the bankdraft and submit everything within the period.
