may I know this bonus issue is one share free one warrant? if have 2000 shares will be split into 4000 shares & giving 2000 warrants?? I really confused. Thanks for someone can share and advise in this .... tq
Yes. But the total share price we have before and after bonus issue will still be the same. We won't earn from split shares or free warrants... That's what I understand.
Share price aft ex will refer 13/10/20 Closing price as well as Warrants exercise price RM0.20 formula . Theoretical Price calculate by ESCERAM
Example:
RM1.00 adjust to RM0.4
RM1.10 adjust to RM0.433
RM1.20 adjust to RM0.466
RM1.30 adjust to RM0.5
RM1.40 adjust to RM0.533
RM1.50 adjust to RM0.566

I was thinking the formula is : (ex date price - 0.2) /2. But seem my formula missing out something which doesn't match with yours.
I did ask my remisser. They explain that if I have 1000 unit mother share originally, The bonus given is another 1000 unit mothershare and 1000 unit warrant. I hope this is correct.
Yes, it's just the same as what imatch mentioned... The free units and warrant basically are come from ur pocket also... If before split ur share is 100k, after split, ur units + free units + warrants still will be same as 100k...thats what I understand...
